Pre season 7 my friends list would be full of people i met in season 3-5 in games or online. Since season 7 and now nobody even logs on anymore and it kinda makes me sad :(

This kinda thing happens. People just stop playing.
I've had people I played with years ago stop playing, but also some who still play. I've had friends from the past month stop playing, and others who take the game super seriously.
Add new friends. People move on. If you keep your crowd full of only those who already have, then it's no wonder your crowd is a dead one.
have 112 on my list and is super easy to pick out who doesnt play anymore. about 2/3 of my list now are sitting at level 30 :/
