Champions that annoy, here is one reason

Darius..Zac...annoying right? Well of course. Their builds are very focused. They are not pulled in multiple directions. Darius can build Black Cleaver and then full tank while still doing massive damage from his abilities and his ult. Zac, full tank, good damage, stupid amounts of CC.

Does Aatrox get any edge for being pulled in so many directions? Needing tankiness, yet also needed AD and attack speed...he cant even 1v1 Darius at level 1, and I think that is very wrong, considering how much better Darius's late game is.

Maybe Aatrox isn't too weak and in need of a rework. Maybe Riot just made other champions way to fucking strong, and make the items work much better with their kits.

Its almost as if they don't know what they are doing, swear to God.

1v1ing darius at level 1...

You do realize darius is a snowball champion that gets ahead off early trades and then falls off later the game goes if he stops getting kills right? "Aatrox should 1v1 darius" is the worst excuse to buff aatrox I've ever heard.

The reason why darius and zac are so strong is because 1 of them trades extremely well early, and the other is a jungler who gets an entire team ahead with his CC utility.

Aatrox is just a diving fighter looking for late game so he can duel anybody on the map. He's not a level 1 duelist or a tanky jungler...

Aatrox needs fixed to offer more to a team and have a better identity compared to other fighters in the meta (irel, jax, soon camille), comparing him weak vs. darius and zac is way too unfair, no change will ever fix that. He just does exactly what Jax, Irel, and camille does, but they do it better and easier.

Darius does not fall off in terms of laning power/ 1v1 duelling. He has great powerspike at black cleaver and then gets full tank. 1v1ing Darius as Aatrox is actually easier early on than 20+ minutes in.

Not really, the thing about darius is he does insane damage early game as a result of his passive putting so much kill pressure. Mid game he gets an additional duration of his power spike with his ultimate. Late game 20+ minutes his passive damage starts feeling less significant as people get more health, he gets CC locked in fights or kited, and because he built damage and transitioned to tank he is neither powerful or tanky enough to appropriately handle other scaling champions such as Aatrox which would be all damage or tank and lifesteal his way to winning a 1v1 (and passive putting dari's ult on CD). This is where darius begins to fall off unless he still is killing people and fed; meanwhile Aatrox will always be himself and getting stronger the longer it goes.

The reason Aatrox struggles in a trade vs. dari level 1 is the bleed does more than Aatrox heals and dari can heal himself if he Q's correctly. Scale late game, and the healing is way stronger than the bleed and dari's heal doesn't help him as significantly unless he hits multiple people.

If Aatrox can 1v1 darius, a champion designed to be the best level 1-3 duelist, then we'd be seeing some high banrates on Aatrox's end.

Good luck 1v1ing Darius as Aatrox lategame. Darius still had insane bleed, once he has 5 stacks he becomes a monster, he will have full black cleaver stacks as well very soon. Darius is a monstruously powerful duellist in melee. He's an average splitpusher not because he can't duel, but because he has nearly no escape, no mobility and meh towerpushing.
