Question: How did this happen? Answer: Assassin update.

My beautiful god, Talon, got gutted by RIOT and every time I return to my love to try him again I get reminded of how trash he is.

Explanation: CUTTHROAT It was a 700 range blink (which allowed me to cover any AA range outside of active ability Jinx KogMaw Twitch . Now I get kited to death before I ever have the chance to close the gap. 150 UNIT NERF for a stupid wall hop.

There's literally not a single ranged or caster champ I can get close to. I had a 100% win rate against Zed before "update" now I have a 100% lose rate to him simply because he out ranges me without any resource to manage.

Talon needs his E old back or new Q needs to be changed to the 700 unit blink and it needs to be a blink! It's even been nerfed to a freaking dash.

Which brings me to a matchups, the ones I used to absolute abuse and get fed to all hell and collect pentakills when I laned against them. My favorite mid lane victims were Morgana Lux Ahri Anivia Brand and especially Veigar !

Used to run in a straight line to them, wait for the bind/charm/stun, use cutthroat, next thing you know I'm behind them QRWQ... RIP! I currently lose to all 6 now. I can't even get in range to even use the 550 range dash and even when I do (when Lux/Morg are playing support and I roam) I get caught in bind mid-dash because "assassin update".

Assassin update = middle finger to all Talon users!

I just lost my 1st match in all of my Talon matches to a freaking Zed because he zoned me! I got zoned by a melee assassin as Talon [slayer-jinx-unamused]

All the other mid lane assassins got buffed, but Talon Ahri Kassadin got the nerf hammer when they weren't unhealthy or strong champions.

ALL I ASK OF YOU RIOT! DO NOT FUCK UP MonkeyKing LIKE YOU DID TALON! He was my secondary main to Talon. Now I'm scared because he's all I have left. Wukong is now my main and J4 is my secondary. I'm scared because they'll both be effected by diver update. DO NOT GIVE MY NEW LOVES THE TALON TREATMENT!

talon was absolute and utter garbage before the rework. Riot made him less garbage.

Talon is a lot better now that he can't just jump onto you and deal damage, but now has the sneak up on you, and then obliterates you It is worse to play against, but it is better

I'm both Talon and Wu main as well, I have over 700k with both. The thing that people dont understand is, there's big difference between strong and annoying.

Talon used to be much stronger:

More Aoe damage with W + R and spell speed effect and casting More Crit damage with Q (since it used to be AA enhancer) and he lost the ability to splitpush using his Q. adding to that the damage amplifier which was 15% from his E. Talon lost all of that in compensation for a cool thematic E that offers no passive, so he became more annoying rather than stronger with less AOE damage and again unreliable passive that needs AA to activate (old passive required the same and talon mains wanted that changed).

Wukong has only been getting nerfed with no compensation : his R scaling, and his Q armor shred from 30% at level 1 to 5% each level. other than that he was never touched at all, and he needs to be changed a bit since the champions he' supposedly counters got changed in return.

Two things I'm sure will change with wu rework, and i'd like to see him reworked. His binary playstyle with his delayed damage on his R, and his armor shred.
