Remove Essence Reaver Introduce Ranged Quints

Even melees might want a ranged quint to cs more effectively with. 30 units per quint. Nerf the shit out of essence reaver.

+30 attack range for one quint is ridiculous. Almost every champion that makes any decent use of auto attacks, even just for last hitting, would probably use their quints for that +90 attack range. Whoever doesn't will just get harassed out of lane by the ridiculous range of the enemy.

What does Essence reaver have to do with range?

Caitlyn had +100 range over other ADCs and she is primarily balanced around that advantage.

Three of these quints are pretty much the same range difference which can be taken on anyone.

They would be taken on pretty much everybody (and animations would probably have to be adjusted for melee champions) due to how immensely powerful range is in this game.
