Jhin's ult

Does anyone else think the damage on this needs to be toned down maybe a little? It's meant to be a move to finish people off that are running but now it's used to take out the ADC of a team because it does so much damage..I know he can't move while using it but that doesn't matter when he can use it from behind walls and with his team in front of him. His 4th shot can do like 2k damage and instantly kill anyone who isn't a tank/bruiser even if they are the same level and the jhin isn't fed or anything.
