When they promised us achievement system since S2 and than we get this overpriced worthless thing, we might be as well upset, eventhough it won't effect gameplay.

I'm all in for monetization if it's worth it, I don't like Dota+, but compare these two and Dota+ wins for me every single day...

Not to talk about how this "hard" to code feature uses data that we could already see in Your year in review which means that they are proly collected by API meaning that the hard labor behind creating eternals is Riot guy sitting in his office, playing his games for 7 hours out of 8 of his working time...

So because it's optional, that suddenly frees Riot of all criticism, like price, broken promises, comparisons to other games that have the same feature for free? Piss off. I'll bitch at them if I feel like it.

I'm all for paying for a feature, but in this case there are several issues I personally have with Ethernals:

  1. The price is too expensive for what you get --> you get the ablitiy to track some general things (dmg dealt, healing/shielding done etc.) and some unique things for each champion, none of which interest me PERSONALLY, and I assume a lot of people feel the same way, plus you get a cosmetic addition consisting of couple of shiny lines above your mastery emote. Price is too big and the content you get is too small.

  2. If i understood correctly you will be able to put them on ONE CHAMPION, so if i would want to have ethernals on multiple champs I need to pay for several ethernals

  3. it's 850 RP --> when you want to purchase RP ( on our server) this are the options which you can choose http://prntscr.com/osod72 As you can see you cannot purchase 850 straight up , but you need to either buy 1380 RP or 1300 RP (2x 650 RP). At that point you need to ask yourself, what's a better option, to buy ONE batch ethernals or buy one skin? And in case you're not sure which skins you wanna buy here's a small glimpse of your avaliable options http://prntscr.com/osohej So why would some1 buy league version of stattrack when you can buy a brand new skin?

  4. Those are basically achievements. Locking a feature that's more player-related than a game feature feels shitty and scummy.

doesnt affect gameplay but they already know and talked about how it could be used for tilting the enemy.. like spamming masteries or wtvr

nice to make people pay for a feature most of us will mute ;p

its really for people with big egos and big wallets, well you accomplished so much buy some eternals and waste so much time ''rekindling them'' rofl best joke ive seen so far
