Can we please make top lane Camille viable again?

Camille top sucks. Her mid-late game is decent, sure, as shown by her winrates. Before 30 min she has a pahtetic 46% winrate that jumps up to around 54% winrate after 30 minutes. However, her laning phase is complete and utter trash. Her damage is low, her sustain is low, she has no real way of safely dealing damage, no way to deal with poke, no waveclear and so on. However, Jungle Camille bypasses all of these flaws.

What will follow is a short list of every top lane champion that wins against Camille in the laning phase.

You might've noticed that taht's pretty much every champion in top lane, and you'd be right. Top lane Camille is so weak and unreliable that she loses pretty much 90% of all lanes in top lane. Either they zone you by being stronger fighters that you have no way of actually fighting, or they poke you down with you having no real way of fighting back at all, and also with no sustain or waveclear.

But these things aren't problems for Jungle Camille. She doesn't have to worry about getting poked down by Quinn in hte jungle, or that Darius will kill her from a single hook with no real recourse. Instead, she can abuse the honestly ridicules range on her E and the lockdown mechanic, along with her laners high damage to make up for her own lack of damage to kill people.

I want Camille to be viable top because she's so fun, both to play as and against. Her kit is interactive from both sides without ever being overbearing or oppressive. She has clear weaknesses and strenghts that both sides has to play toward. She is very punishable but also has the potential for rewards if she pulls her kit off (assuming she wasn't complete shit, which she very much is). She is one of the most well-designed top laners in the game currently, and her weakness makes me sad, quite honestly.

I hope to god Riot buffs her laning phase, and maybe cuts down her late game dmg a tiny bit, so that she can actually come back into the meta and be fun to play. Her problems aren't kil related, just numbers related and shouldn't take too much effort to fix, if riot would just do it.
