They nerfed fizz AP to make fizz AD a better lee sin/jax/elise/anyone since he can build Damage, tank, Assassin, Hybrid. Crazy why they did that.

Fizz is one of those champs like Kassadin, Thresh and Lee Sin. He'll always be strong as hell until they rework his obnoxious kit.
