I've made multiple posts about lanes like that needing some serious balancing but always get downvoted and told to build magic resist. As though I can build enough magic resist that it will matter against both sorc boots and morello's and then the eventual void staff; I still have to build damage.

I'd take it more seriously if the argument to why it needs to be addressed was more than just "it's here and supposedly shouldn't be"

My argument for it needing to be tuned down has never been just because it shouldn't be. It's always been that double mages is incredibly oppressive to play against as a champion who has limited options in the early levels for sustain. Or do I need to remind you that they destroyed ADCs passive health regen and nerfed Fleetfoot to the ground? You literally either give up tons of farm and experience because their spells either match or outrange your AA. You can't just let it push into your tower either or they can harass you for free under there because, again, they outrange the turret. Mage spells do far more damage than a normal lane bully ADC's auto attacks.
