Riot when you bring URF back can we have a queue for random picks and selective ones?

I understand WHY you made the picks random to help the game mode not get stale with everyone picking the "meta" champs, but when the people were able to pick BOTH teams had EQUAL chances to pick those "meta" picks. In random URF the game gets 1 sided before the minions spawn.

Let's say someone is going mid and one guy ends up getting bard and the other gets zed. That instantly puts you at an unfair disadvantage. This was an issue last time you brung URF back. Similar to ARAM one team would get royally screwed while the other is full of OP picks that you can't do anything about
