It's nice that you added some utility and stuff to it but you ended up chunking out too much damage and the half cd was extremely useful for quinn jungle.

RIP. Quinn will die again over time unless you do something to Q again.

Yeah, and removing the damage amplification from Ahri's E (damage), but giving her movement speed (utility) on her Q was a huge nerf, right?

Quinn is hella good right now.
