What's a good champ to end a game out fast?

I'm not talking about meta champs either just someone who ends games out quickly instead of having to drag on for ages. I tend to play people like singed or sion or warwick etc. people who need items before they do anything really useful towards ending a game, im almost at gold and ready to just get it over with but duno who can burn through the games fast enough.

Also I know heimer's niche is ending games rapidly but there's a limit to who you can pick without being a flat out troll lol
