What exactly do you want them to nerf? His abilities and auto attacks do not deal a lot of damage, he has very little mobility, he normally isn't the best tank and takes time to scale up. His hook isn't as oppressive as blitz's, his flay has a very short distance, and he needs to get in the middle of a fight to use his ultimate unless he is retreating. It is pretty easy to see what he is going to do based on his positioning.
