His E is getting nerfed. He will be back to a 1% pick rate, hardly useful champion and easily replaceable by other champions that do what he does much better.

BTW in your game, you dealt 15k dmg while Wukong dealt 17k with more kill participation than you. Not only that but he was full damage, in other words very easy to kill. So where exactly is the insanity in Wukong here?
