I mean, she already deals absurd amounts of damage. Clearly it's not enough.

I just played against Illaoi and every time I lost my focus and let her hit me I was like 'whaaaat' but if you are paying attention there's still nothing she can really do to threaten you. Damage is not an issue.

Problem about Illaoi is that she is skillshot based Juggernaut. Technically Juggernauts have humongous ammounts of damage which if they reach u is reliable (Morde, Garen,Darius). Illaoi not only have issues reaching its target, once she does that she doesnt have guaranteed damage output. 2 of her abilities are skillshots and her ulti relies on her tentacle placements.

Champs like Garen hope for opponent who is too stupid to kite him. Person stupid enough to let Garen come close to him Champs like Xerath (for example) hope for opponent who is too stupid to dodge skillshots

Illaoi hopes for opponent who is too stupid to kite and too stupid to dodge.

So much this. Seeing fed like hell Illaoi getting easily soloed by anything with dodge-aid like Teemo or God forbid Vayne is just sad.

Also, kiting a Garen actually gets pretty hard if he invests in MS and you have noone to aid you with CC. Illaoi can't do shit to make her abilities easier to hit no matter how much gold she amasses.

Do you have <100 ms ping? Illaoi can't touch you.

Do you have >100 ms ping? Illaoi is the most oppressive champ in the game.

Her issue was having to be full tank to survive a team but still having to deal damage. Her scalings were fine if you went full AD but now you can go tank and still deal enough damage to be relevant

her damage is stupid. I was playing Jax top the other day. I had 80% health. I went to cs a minion. I died in about 1.5 seconds. at level 4. she just dunked on me. I don't know why would you increase her damage. but whatever as long as you can flash out of get out of her ultimate u can fight her after it and win. she does the most damage of any juggernauts. damage isn't her problem shes doing as much damage as dps mages statistically
