What makes Camille strong?
The fact that she is the only champion with a kit that contains: true damage, a stun, a 20% shield, a movement speed buff, max health physical damage that heals her for the amount, mobility, a slow and an ultimate that forces you to duel her?
She isn't broken and doesn't need to be destroyed by the nerf hammer, but her numbers could use tweaking.
I think the primary way to bring her power in check is simply by making her Q an ability like 
. The problem isn't the damage by itself, it's the fact that it counts as a basic attack and 
's spellblade.
With the way it is now, at level 18 with only a , she has 145 attack damage. Her second Q cast makes that 290 which, since it's a basic attack, it'll proc the sheen making it 580 true damage on a 3.5 second cooldown.
Almost all 
builds contain a 
hydra, making it 880 true damage. That's more than 
ult on her Q.

In order for to do that damage, she'd need a build of 
and the champion she's attacking would need to have 4500 health.
With one more offensive item in build, it will outdamage 
ult and 
ult against low health villain. Long story short.
Until RIOT fixes that, your best bet against Camille is CC and and your own shielding. My favorite champ to use against her is
