Confused about Riven Buff?

This isnt bout whether she needed it or not (I personally think she doesnt) but its about the buff itself

It reads it was buffed from .75 total AD to .8 total AD...

But Riven's Q has scaling AD ratios (40 at level 1, 60 at level 5)

Not only was it never .75, its not .8 now?

Super confused here.

It's a typo. The actual numbers changed from .6 total AD to .65 total AD.
