Quick question: Who the hell asked for the Kassadin rework?

Kassadin already had his niche, which was his mobility. For an assassin, his damage was leagues below that of other AD/AP assassins unless he was obscenely fed. Nobody was complained about Kassadin in the weeks prior to his rework hitting PBE. Who the hell asked for this? Nobody. I repeat, NOBODY wanted this. There was not ONE positive thread concerning Kassadin's rework. And EVERYONE said that this rendition of the Voidwalker was unviable, and not to bring it to live. But it was too much work to fix it, and it hit live anyway, and was forgotten. Never to be seen again. He still has THE worst winrate in the game. I don't count and because those are new champions. With less than 42% of players picking him winning those matches.
