What's the reason to not nerf ahri?

Ahri is decent at nearly everything, which is why she's not being nerfed. There's a plethora of champions who can do everything she can but better, but they're focused on one thing. Ahri is overall weaker than any one of them in that field, but she is decent at others.

There's a good number of champions which can and do bully Ahri, they just aren't that popular (Even though they're still really strong in current meta)

I have also noticed Ahri to be really strong as of late. Was questioning if she was recently buffed
