Personally, that is the highest AP I've ever seen in a regular ranked game.
Obviously, old Veigar and season 5 Cass had this amazing ability to stack huge ammounts of AP, but 1400 is pretty... unfair? can I say that? Haha xD

Randomonium4 votesI got 1600 AP with Veigar a couple weeks ago. What's even more scary is that once he reaches critical mass he can start selling off AP items for tank items and he can still one shot you.

Randomonium1 votesIt was over 30 minutes (clip went from 12 minute mark to 45 minute mark.) Keep in mind I was hard farming and I got absurdly fed (wound up with over 400 stacks on my passive by the end of the game.) Letting a Veigar free farm is like letting a Nasus free farm, you're just asking for trouble.

Skias1 votesYeah, he's pretty overtuned when you consider that his entire kit is pretty failsafe. The reliability of a 2k+ point and click nuke, very very strong ult and now tanky mage items. He's oppressive as fuck.
On the subject, I feel like with more and more damage dealers building tank, the game has become a lot more oppressive in general. Thoughts?
