Did Riot even play Kog'Maw before they reverted him?

I thought it was just common sense that old Kog maw would have never been able to make it in this "Damage heavy" meta. Every other ADC has so much burst in their kit. MF, Caitlyn, Tristana, Lucian, Draven, Jhin, Jinx, Quinn, Graves, and now even fucking Vayne is able to take half your HP with just a damn Q.

Old Kog'maw is a hypercarry that scaled into late game. But now everyone is bursting from 0:00 - 40:00

Good luck with getting this noticed. I've been trying to get Kog'Maw noticed for almost 2 months now.
