Her abilities are not auras. Her abilities have never been auras (post rework). An aura is something like Radiance (Persistent AoE buff skill in a radius around the champion) or Legion effect from Aegis (Persistent AoE buff passive in a radius around the champion, starting to see a pattern?)

Sona's abilities are single shot buffs in the vein of Tidecaller's Blessing or Eye of the Storm except with a unique targeting system. To reiterate; Sona does not have auras, she has never had auras (post rework).
