I'm surprised no legal action has taken place against Riot for the house finisher animations

So, I just had the animation pop up on my screen, and now I feel extremely light headed and out of it. It 100% messed with me and I am photosensitive because even during some movies, I can't handle certain flashes of light. Currently my hands feels sweaty and my body feels weird.

Add a fucking removal for the animation, it's not rocket science. Hot patch it in

The fact that a Rioter even had the fucking audacity to come out and say they didn't have "time" to put a toggle on the animation is insulting. You have been prepping MSI and the house event for months, don't fucking say that.

You should read the TOU, you would be sent to arbitration if you tried to file a lawsuit, and would end up wasting money on filing fees and legal fees for yourself and Riot because in the TOU you accept that they have no liability to damages done by playing.

Ever noticed why all games have something along the lines of

"Consult a physician before playing videogames"?

That's exactly why. Certain patterns can cause epileptic events or ailments, so they warn you much before hand that it can.

If youre prone to light based seizures youre not supposed to even play videogames. What legal action would be taken?
