Brand kit is ugly and allowed only to draw attention to an iconic low blue essence LoL champ

Theres no reason for his kit to be the way it is and have as many exceptions that are not given to other champs other than they want people to be attracted into playing the game through this low blue essence champ that is too newbie friendly and gives them those doubles triple and pentas. its too obvious.

Apart from the fact that even as a botlane sp without too many ap items he does disgusting amounts of AoE damage, his passive is unique and very strong too. 3% maxhealth over 3.5 seconds from every landed ability is quite a bit. the only counter to it is adaptive helm, the item that is useless unless other members of enemy team also have DoTs. a full combo with all abilities does 12% max hp of this damage in addition to 16% maxhp from 3 stack passive. almost 30% maxhp, potentially to the entire team from full combo even with 0 ap items built.

But thats not my issue.

Its his ult. potential for 60% aoe slow and nutty damage, all fine and ok. Why does it only cost 100 mana and have the mechanic where if someone zhonyas/untargetable when it is cast on them it automatically casts on someone else in range? And why the full refund of the cooldown if there are no other targets? Most other champs lose their CD when this happens. The reason is so that it doesnt tilt new players who spend their first 450 blue essence on the cool looking pyromaniac. Not to mention its ability to be cast on minions if your target is just heading out of range.

The ult should:

• lose that stupid mechanic. If it is cast on invalid target it should go on cooldown like every other champ
• not be castable on minions, like kat ult.
