i really think this is a dumb idea the stats i can care less about.... but the passive... is completely broken

ANY champ with a DOT is screwed

Syndra utli is now 100% worthless vs that champ. Morgana pool now does nothing Ziggs E is now worthless

then we have champs like Singed Teemo Velkoz TaliyahKennen Cassiopeia Ahri Anivia Malzahar Swain Rumble

at this point I'm not even going to look for the rest of the champs... this is stupid..

Its 15% not 50% shouldn't be too terrible considering the only people buying this item will be tanks.

yeah its only 15% but it also comes with 300 hp and 70 magic resist. meaning the dot is already going to barely be effective. i just dont like the idea of weakening DOT's even more, i mean yes CERTAIN DOT's are strong... like Teemo shroom.

but other dots are area of effect DOT that the enemy has to remain in, Morgana or dots that are ALREADY weaker if they get hit more than once like Ziggs and Taliyah
