Veigar
The only champ who can trap a whole team for without an ult.
Also, the longest ult
only stuns for 2 seconds.
It should be changed into a wall, not a 2 mile wide trap.

Amumu ult also has no delay, deals damage, is larger and covers the entire area instead of just the edges.
It cant be used from a safe distance for a free catch or flash tho. If I could decide between having Veigar E or literally any other cc spell in the game including ults, Id likely choose Veigar E lol.
In a team fight, I'd much rather have Amumu do his little 2 second 400 damage stun (which normally doesn't trap my ADC), than for my team to be trapped inside of Veigar's E for 2.5 seconds while the entire enemy team has free positioning.
Veigar is unreliable. Also let's not forget that he dies to everything, has mana problems and can barely farm early. Veigar without delay on his E and targeted Q was way more more oppressive, but noone was playing him before LCS nerfed him (Veigar support). He also lost base dmg, scaling, items like dfg and the whole AP itemisation was nerfed, but RITO introduced new crit items.
I like all these posts because people lost to a champion that got fed. They just assume their opponent is OP.
Veigar is a late game champion. He has a weak early game, because he lacks base damage, and he's also mana hungry until you get mana items. Also, he's fragile all game long. Many assassins look at Veigar like he's lunch.
Veigar needs a stun like the one he has. If he didn't have it, he would have too much pressure and get hit by the jungler too much. His opponent would have an easy win.
Of course late game, he's only vulnerable to ambushes. Veigar is so bursty that he can two shot just about anyone in the same time he could one shot mages before his rework. At the end of the game, he is like Chad Ocho Cinco: You can't stop him.
First of all you butt hurt troll, at no point did I ever say Veigar is OP. Veigar is actually irrelevant in the equation. I don't care about the laning phase of games, my concern is the late game team fights and that E on a 8 second CD is ridiculous! Veigar himself is not the threat, sometimes not even Veigar's team is the threat, but he makes his entire team a threat with Event Horizon.
It's basically has the exact same utility as
ult every 8 seconds.
I'm talking about the overall usefulness of the ability, the fact that it doesn't do damage is irrelevant. Frankly, unless you have an idiot building glass cannon
(making them irrelevant because of how fast they'll die) or ap
, their ults are really bothersome at all in the damage department late game.

You don't agree with me? I'll do what you do and automatically downvote, without even reading your argument.
