How can you win at ranked when you are constantly fucked by matchmaking?

It's a serious question.

I have horrible luck at matchmaking and this is getting ridiculous.

What do you do? You go troll to lower your MMR? What can I fucking do when I;m trapped in sinusoid of losing streaks and winning streaks without any real control

I don't know. I've given up at this point. My IRL friend who is a lot worse than me won't queue with me b/c of who I get queued with. Riot's matchmaking is a fucking joke. One can only carry so much.

Real talk you just got to improve. Practice your mechanics, expand your game knowledge, and don't tilt. Remember that rank is all relative, and whenever you win, the enemy loses and vice versa. Remember that there are 9 other players who have reached the same level as you, and want to climb just like you. Four of them are hopefully on your side and want to win, while the other five don't want you to win. Work with those four.

You cannot control your team mates. Blaming them will do nothing but make you more miserable. What you can control is yourself. Do what you can to win. If you put the effort into it, you will climb. That's why you play. It wouldn't be very fun if you were able to just reach Challenger rank 1 on your first day without trying. League is great because of how you can practice and practice to get better. My philosophy is to enjoy every game despite facing overwhelming odds, and to keep trying until the nexus falls. It doesn't matter much if I lose or win. What matters is what I did that game. Did I put the effort? What can I do better? If it's all decided by matchmaking, why play in the first place?

As for some specifics to you, based on your match history I suspect you tilt easily or have a big ego. You get many kills but still lose games. Kills don't matter much if you don't take advantage of the fact that enemies are dead, take an objective if you can. Furthermore, there are a few games where you feed heavily. Stop trying to fight the enemy toplaner when you die. They beat you once, and they will beat you a second time even more easily with the lead they got with the first kill. Your team mates are probably thinking the same thing about you when you feed, that you're a result of bad matchmaking.

You have to accept that you're not an immortal superbeing, so suit up and start improving.
