Is there anything that can be done about Roles that are terrible for clming solo que?

I play a ton of ADC and Mid, and I have to say Mid is about 2x easier to climb solo que with than ADC. I would even go so far as to say if I didn't play ADC and played straight mid, my win rate would be like 5% higher and I've played a ton of games.
