What is the rationale behind "AD Bruiser Fizz"?

Tis a nice day··1 votes·953 views

Fizz has no innate armor penetration, a non-AD scaling autoattack enhancer, mediocre AD/AS scaling, and only a single AD scaling ability. Yet I'm seeing all of these jungle Fizz players who go with strange AD builds and what's even stranger is that I'm hearing people complaining about AD fizz being too strong.

What exactly is making AD Fizz so attractive?

Mobiity Invulnerability % Max HP damage % damage amp and CC.

Basically a less damage but more durable and mobile Master Yi

AD Fizz has been decent alternative but before his nerfs, AP bursted harder with no retaliation after 1-2 items.

New Fizz, same as the old Fizz.

The joke is they did NOT even change anything! AD Fizz was always like this. His kit is just such that he can wreck other champions even when building items that he doesn't even have ratios for. Who would think that a champion who can choose to ignore all damage every 8 seconds might be a little too strong.

Then I'll get on my knees and pray. We don't get fooled again! No no!

Fizz W that deals bonus damage based on 8% of enemy's missing health

vs

item 3153 that deals bonus damage based on 8% of enemy's current heath

Sion : To Cs, or not to cs? That is the question.

8% of missing health + 8% of current health = ... 8% of total health.

Guess that does make some sense.

path 1, build tri force and a shit ton of AD... get no CDR Q into the other guy for 300+600 more cuz triforce, use that sea stone trident thing to proc triforce again... stabby stabby the other guy for another 900 damage, trickster to proc triforce again, stabby stabby the other guy for 900 damage 20% more damage if u landed a fish before hand, oh wait stabby stabby after fish too for 900 damage also inbetween triforce stabby stabbys, you also auto attack for a buttload of damage too lazy to make ammends to the above, but all of which will proc percent health damage does that answer your question?

path2, get tanky as fuq with abuncha CDR you are now fast as fuq, mobile as fuq, tanky as fuq, annoying as fuq but that's okay cuz you have bork plus more percent health damage from your sea stone does that answer your question?

Educated guess: AP Fizz just fell off that hard.

Mechanically you use all your spells as utility. One gap closer, one get in or get out ability (that also has untargetability), and two ways to slow enemies isn't a bad kit. You're still going to be trying to get the sheen process and auto attaching, this just makes the autos in between the procs hurt more.

People complain because it's still Fizz. It's probably just different people complaining. Mid laners (who got more practice going against him) don't see him in their lane any more, while top laners and junglers now have to deal with this slippery fish.

Ya his mobility, invulnerability, %hp dmg, 20% extra dmg R applying to autos too, synergy with tri force and bork, doran shield and phantom dancer passives built in all contribute.

They completely gutted his ap ratios, they changed his passive missing health into his active w And gave him the 20% damage amp. So basically once he has blade of the ruined king he's dealing two types of percentage health. And with the amp he can pretty much 1v1 anybody.

This new Fizz is way more toxic. With item 3153 item 3091 and straight tank afterward you can't kill him, you can't build against his damage, and you can't run from him due to his kit. It's retarded and takes no skill from the Fizz player besides right clicking.

I would personally also build nashor's tooth together with botrk and tf. I don't know why it doesn't get built, though.
