No it doesn't. Blue side advantage gives an effective boost to your team of X MMR relative to the enemy team. So if the system treats your MMR as your actual MMR + X for both matchmaking and MMR gains/losses after the results of the match are determined, then the Blue side advantage is completely canceled out.
