Riven and Vayne are still popular. Don't get me wrong, but when one meta counters another meta, shouldn't that meta go away for a while?
The fact that Riven and Vayne are still reliable picks in the age of juggernauts is a testament to their strength.
Elise was incredibly strong when she had changes made to her, but even though she hasn't been toned down, she'd dropped off in popularity as usual.
Let Darius, and Garen, and Skarner and Morde and Fiora be strong for a little while longer. They'll drop off too.
But if you do decide to send another wave of nerfs to these guys (I can understand why) Please nerf or rework Vayne and Riven as well. They're too versatile at what they do.
Atleast have the common decency to give them fair treatment as you did to Yorick until his inevitable rework.
