5 games in a row, AFK / DC player every single game

I am not sure if it's because of the server move, but why am I the only person / team that this is happening too? I played 3 games last night, in every game someone failed to connect, or dropped around the level 3 mark. I blamed it on this Rito server move and went to bed. Play again today, 2 games now....same thing, players not connecting from the start of the game.

Anyone else experiencing this? Thank god these are normals, but it's a complete waste of time. I can't AFK because I get leaver bustered, and if I don't attempt to play the game everyone has sad feelings and reports you. Sorry, but I don't want to play hard and win my lane when it just comes down to a loss anyway. The game is basically unplayable at the moment for me.
