Hecarim ult doesn't fear anymore

In URF it has been, but right now I'm playing a normal and twice it hasn't feared when I was right next to the person at the end of my charge. Yes, I know how the ultimate works. It 100% should have feared. First time it was Sion the other was Lucian. Sion did not ult. Lucian did not have any form of cleanse.

Yeah I've been noticing a few Hecarim bugs, ult not fearing, and his E flinging people in odd directions.
