how to fix rageblade and sated devourer
by themselves
and
would not be broken.. what broken is that use can use BOTH of them
make it so they share the same "unique passive" so you cant get BOTH effects.

Modmar1 votesTheir unique passives would do two totally different things, to make that work you'd need to change one of them to be the other. Both 
do a cleave effect, all items from 
do a buffed auto after charging, 
and 
both are kind of like the Shard items but ap etc.
