Yes, creepblock is BS, but it hasn't changed in a long time

I know its stupid; But creep block hasn't changed in a long time, it did briefly I believe last year for a patch or two, but that was reverted quickly after Riot realized, the changes made it worse.

Yes creep block is bullshit; But it hasn't changed for a dam long time, or ever, that I remember since starting this game, besides that one small instance.
