Since both of this champions work the same way assassin do, take over lane and get 2 kills then buy one item after that they can 2 shots your squishy easily.
Otherwise riot think that is fine and they will keep them that way, cause only assassins was the busted champions in meta who snowball from 1 item and 2 kills only.

LordGeovanni1 votesI did try it i used to build it almost every game because it got the boosted ranged carry to follow up on my engages faster or help a secondary bruiser not get blown up as soon as they engage. Then they gutted the hp along with hp on several other items leaving us with less max hp for the %damage transfer as true damage to hit harder.

So yea, i'd rather face a fed MF who i can always see comming and can only run at me, rather than a fed wukong comming at my team from stealth right into a teamwide knockup.
Yea MF is strong and when Riot start toning down damage she should be a target, but comparing her and Draven to assassins is only something i'd expect from assassins who circlejerk how weak they are and how they are getting gutted with every slap on the wrist.

That is NOTHING like what you are describing MF. If you engage a teamfight where MF has a good position, she did her job, the difference is you can play around her because she wont dash like a mad man as soon as someone gets close.
If you see her you can engage on her. Assassins/tanks/artillary mages can all play around MF or Draven because they have very clear threat ranges, one CC or a good rotation and she's dead. Stealth and 2 blinks gives you no option to play anythimg other than extreamly safe and even that is not enough.
So no, not the same - assassins deserve the nerf first.

Also thats completely biased, a assassin can assassinate well too, getting someone who is focusing on teamfights and engaging at the right time, how is that any different from MF positioning. Also for some champions its also unfair because before they even get close they lose half their health, from a q, dh proc and auto from mf and for some squishies this means death.
Just because you see people doesnt mean they dont do dmg. Yes stealth mechanics are frustrating and not having stealth wards really doesnt make sense, but you can react i've seen many people react, the thing is it is the good player that dont mostly fall for assassins. And people who have a understanding of them. And again I never said assassins didnt need nerfs I said that something is being done already yet nothing is being done to nerf other modes of early game dmg or dmg in general.

Yep, I just find it funny when people say "You've destroyed my champion" because they have to hit/USE their abilities, while there are champions that can throw EVERYTHING at someone, hit the lot, and do them less then 50% of their HP and have people say it's ok because "you have CC!"... it's like they don't realise that killing someone is the longest CC in the game lol.

Counter-point: Those that use Electrocute do so because they can proc it with relative ease. Therefore they now have greater TRADING power without being able to 100-0 at level 2-3 (assuming they DON'T still 100-0. I've yet to see any proof that they can't. Talon level 2 is still 100-0 as is Zed's level 3 if he hit's his abilities. Other's I've yet to see so cannot comment). It is now a possibility that they will required to trade at least once before the all in (plus potions/sustain). Of course this also means that anytime they trade with you they can effectively proc it, meaning they are MAYBE delayed, but otherwise much stronger in lane. Nevertheless it really IS a buff to most of it's users. The fact that the odd mage might benefit more from the rune now is just a sign of how bad things are: you're either burst or worst.

And the circle-jerk is the fact that people think that the 50% cd of level one is a buff, while not seeing how 30% lower dmg at all stages of the game is a nerf.
Think for a second you think assassins want to be able to do a shit ton of dmg upfront right away or they want to how 30% lowered dmg every now and then.

Running around and instakilling people with lethality+stormrazor+static shiv + dark harvest was entertaining at first while releasing pent up frustration from playing Ashe.
Then it was just gross, watching the enemy Jhin out of everything, another expert stormrazor hard hitter just die before he could even fire a second shot.
Small critbuffs were needed and new items are appreciated but stormrazor is almost everything that could be wrong rolled up into one item.
Frontloaded burst, burst at all, extremely small delay, stack-able with other burst supplying items and it even has good synergy with them.
Like.....such an item is not how you help marksmen do DPS or survive, its how you help them play a different role altogether x)
