Advice for when facing a good caitlyn

So to my knowledge caitlyn out ranges just about all the marksman in the game, sometimes you will get lucky and face a caitlyn who does nothing but afk farm and have the support do all the pealing for her.

Other times you face a Caitlyn who goes "You wanna farm? that's gonna cost you 100 hp per minion"

Any tips?
