Why has Riot decided they will add a new dragon before knowing what the dragon will even do. I'm fine with five dragons, but if we add a new one, at least do so because youve come across a good idea first.

Like when you have a jigsaw puzzle missing pieces, but you don't have the box so you don't know what the hole in your picture will be.
Nah I'm just joking forget the artsy fartsy crap, you're right it's backwards. It's especially backwards because they don't even know what the fifth Element will be. It's not like they're saying "we've got this sick thunder dragon model but don't know what buff to give it".
