General Question
Do you guys find it detrimental to play the same champ two times in a row if you win the first time?
Personally, I go into game two amped and thinking the champ's in the same shape as the game before.

Detrimental? Depends. You can't expect to learn a champion in 1-2 games. Knowing what their abilities are isn't the same as knowing the champions matchups and damages at different times/items. So is it detrimental in the short term? Kinda, maybe your champion was stronger last game and that makes you play more aggressive. Detrimental in the long term? No, since you now understand where your champion stands when put into different situations, so you're learning. Ideally, you should always aim to play your champs as aggressive as you can, so you can understand what your limits are.
I've played the same champ like 300 times in a row. I sometimes feel super slow and useless at the start of games after coming out of a long full-build game, and occasionally I might get myself into trouble due to overestimating my speed/self-peel, but it's usually not a problem.
Id just go fill :)
