@RIOT Can Elise's Spiderform Venomous Bite (Q) Get the second function like Talon's New Q?

Venmous bite's doesnt do damage until the end of the dash. For example, the spell would be cancel if an enemy goes invisible or go into a bush and resulting in Elise dying or losing a kill (which happens way too often.) The animation delaying the spell even when its cast on a target right next to her is really unjust, It should be instantanous.

Noxian Diplomacy - Talon leaps to target and deals physical damage. If cast from melee range, Talon does not leap but instead critically strikes, dealing 150% damage.

Venomous Bite - Elise dashes to the target enemy and bites them, dealing magic damage. If cast from melee range, Elise does not dash.
