Can someone Explain to me Why Zilean has BomBs?

he definitly doesn't look like ziggs. He must control the time and not throw bombs. His rework didn't look at his thematic

That's not how a time bomb works. It has a timer not a detonator. TIME bomb.

First off, he had bombs since his release - it isn't a change from his rework. The rework just changed how they worked.

Second - he is equal parts "time wizard" and "clock maker" - obviously, since he controls time, a clock theme makes sense. He throws clocks at people for his auto attack (or at least clock pieces - cogs and such) and there is a clock visual effect on his Time Warp.

The bombs, then, are not modern day sticks of C4 with a detonator - they're mechanical devices, clockworks that he made, and they tick.
