LOL needs it's own voice communication system

It's really usefull to have a voice communication during matches, it's easier to play call, get coordination and not waste time and focus while typing.

It should be optional to use and have the ability to mute people if they become annoying. The chat will also be recorded and temporarily saved so people can report someone for verbal abuse.

I know people use curse, skype, teamspeak, ect however these are third party software peogramms that most people don't want to use.
