Why does Tristana have to pay for her free AS steroid through long cooldowns and low base AS
While Jinx gets hers for free, on every auto, without cooldown? #balanced

Jinx has the lowest AS of all ADC's.
Jinx cannot gain the AS buff and use rockets at the same time.
Why does Tristana get to have the longest range in the game without using an ability late game, high AS steroid, two ways to self peel AND one of these resets on kill/assist. While Jinx only gets any form of mobility on kill/assist and it doesn't go through walls or CC.

You can make any champ seem weaker than another when you compare them like this.
