Have you played the Cassiopia rework?
Just curious, what are your thoughts?
Was she strong, or weak?

She feels A LOT more like her original self, which is something to say the least. Her Poison actually hurts again!
I played her vs beginner bots just to test some stuff out, so bear that in mind.
She's a lot of fun though; I really like how Repertoir changed her E, it's a lot more forgiving to miss one. Q hits really hard, E+poison hits really hard.
W takes some getting used to; Repertoir is also keeping an eye on it for changes. It isn't as unusable as I thought it'd be, but you need practice to really understand how it works and when to use it. The wall interactions are actually pretty cool though.
I really like this build:
; Seraph's, Morellos, and Lich Bane give you mana which synergizes with the Seraph's passive, Lich Bane and Ludens gives you super high movement speed, and if you're weaving autos between your Es and Qs, the sheen procs do a ton of damage. CDR from Morellos and Lich Bane means your E cooldown is close to half a second.
Yeah. I think overall she's kinda weak but she's got some good stuff, and I'm pretty sure she'll land in a good spot eventually.
Pros:
Cons:
Overall I think it's a huuuuuuuuuuuuge net positive in terms of both feel and health. Stashiopeia was an abomination and I'm willing to accept this Cass being weaker initially just because it won't feel awful to play her anymore and she'll eventually get buffed if she sucks. No more unintuitive stacking, no more one-ability kit, no more ball of stats feeling, no more clunky E reset mechanic and to top it off, she's gotten a really cool new mechanic in her retooled Miasma. The rework did a tremendous job of dealing with basically all of the issues her initial rework created.
Yeah. I think overall she's kinda weak but she's got some good stuff, and I'm pretty sure she'll land in a good spot eventually.
Pros:
- No more wonky power curve. Still a gradual increase in power as the game goes on but no weird "crap at 33 minutes, god at 34" things.
- AP ratios on poisons exist again. 255 (+ 70% AP) is a joy to see on Noxious Blast.
- Twin Fang feels less horribly clunky in terms of the reset. It's great that your DPS drops off heavily without empowered E but it doesn't completely disappear like in Stashiopeia.
- Miasma's "choke off an entire lane" cast is fun and it's cool as a "trap someone in your range" spell.
- Lack of CDR from passive means increased item flexibility.
- Q is viable to max in lane again.
- Ability icons are hugely improved.
- Slightly less mana intensive late game.
- Constant low CD on Twin Fang means that even without poisons it's gained significant utility in applying Rylai's and Liandry's persistently.
Cons:
- She's heavily mana gated early. It's not too bad but before you get Tear things are really rough.
- E's cooldown in all-ins feels really strange before you get decent CDR values. That's just something to get used to though.
- Miasma is occasionally cool but largely feels underwhelming. Catching people with the edge of it is a waste of mana because the slow/damae drop off immediately after they exit.
- Lack of damage focus from Miasma means a DOT-focused build still deosn't really feel worth it. Noxious Blast alone can't carry her.
- Increased reliance on ult for self-peel is iffy given its historic lack of reliability in that department. Could have done with the damage on that ability being buffed too.

Yea I agree with all your points here and they are true, especially her ult. I just feel like right now, the champ is still underwelming
