Is riot sticking with the story where they have less knowledge and skill with source control than a startup company or are they going to admit that this is a shallow pretext to buff sona before she gets an ulti skin?

i would rather they make it so that it is impossible for the art team to alter files that contain gameplay information and that they had done this the LAST TIME THE SKIN TEAM CHANGED GAMEPLAY INFORMATION. because this isn't the first time an art change has affected gameplay. weird things like zombie brand being able to indirectly detect stealth would be excusable but this is not.
i also want them to be much more wary of making any changes to champions before a big skin is being released for them because it feels dirty and seems like it happens a lot.

i should probably add that i'm complaining just as much about riot's incompetence that their system is set up in such a way that someone could make such a stupid mistake of affecting champion gameplay files when they're only supposed to be working on visuals and sounds.
i'm not saying you should lean one way or the other in reference to which one they are, i'm just saying riot is either really incompetent or really dishonest and either way it's pretty bad.
