Jinx doesnt have the manapool to spam her W in lane, and casting W late game is worse then autoing.
Give her something that actually makes her good again, like the crit on her W, you know let her have a chance to be a meta adc, she has been in the bottom tier since 2015.

Because it's always an important stat to look at. Real question is why am I talking statistics to anyone on these boards? Most of the people here deny statistics as a concept anyway, as stupid as that is.

No, it's affected by Riot, who intentionally went in and demolished her mid game power curve on top of making her weaker early. See, this game's metas aren't like naturally flowing metas. Riot just manually shifts whatever happens to be the best strat(s) in the game. Jinx being a "meh" pick won't change unless Riot, once again, manually goes in and does something about it. I mean, in a meta where Tristana is one of the main marksmen, why wouldn't Jinx be? "She gets caught and shit"? In season 5 Jinx and Trist shared top spots, so THAT can't be it. "Riot nerfed her on massive repeat (somewhat deservedly, but it went overboard) until this point"? Sounds more like it.

Also, the reason to pick jinx over twitch is because twitch has less self peel, and shorter range without his ult. He also does not have her rockets.
They have different styles of games that they do well in.
