So, can we talk about the items for a second, Riot?

Why is more healing deficiency being added? Why on ADCs? Why does Riot talk for years about healing deficiency being bad for the game, then adds it on a fucking ranged auto attack? I'm sorry, did worlds have too much Mundo?
Why is Essence reaver being changed to an ADC item? The only champion that builds it right now is Fiora. Why are you taking away Fiora's item?
Why is trinity losing it's AP, losing attack speed, losing damage, and gaining more crit and CDR? Why? Just why? 20% crit being a focus of the item is stupid as fuck, all those melee champions don't auto attack enough to make it consistent.
Why are you nerfing BotRK for everyone, rather than just for ADCs? Why not just make it 6% on ranged attacks? Was BotRK being built too much on melee? Being built ever on melee? Goodbye Jax, apparently. Melee Bruisers having issues with tanks is a non-concern for Riot apparently.
Is Jax in any way being compensated for the fact that LW basically says "fuck you, Jax!" Or for the fact that BotRK is getting hella nerfed for him? Or the fact that Trinity is being hella nerfed on him? The fact TP is going to be nerfed?
Are Jax, Irelia, Hecarim, etc. Being compensated for the mana potion removal? Or is it a case of "well they're strong and we don't want to bla bla bla bla bla."
Why is BC possibly losing HP? You want it to be less efficient slightly and cost more? Remove 10 AD off your version, add 150 HP. Better yet, remove 20 AD and make it a 700 HP item. I mean, it's 3500 gold now.
What the fuck giant's slayer? Riot spends the last 4 years forcing tanks out of damage itemization and in to pure health itemization, then says "nah fuck those people building health." Oh I'm sorry, DID I HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE? And 15% more damage? I'm sorry, were ADCs in trouble? Was worlds at a lack of ADCs? Was LCS missing ADCs dominating every match? Did a single match NOT have a dominant ADC? Were tanks running around being unkillable?
BV with 500 HP and 70 MR. That's all I have to say.

No Assassin buffs either (a few of the new items will be alright on AD Assassins but not many) so ADCs are still really safe in addition to all the bullshit they're getting this season. Lel

Essence Reaver was intended as an ADC item, but that didn't exactly work out.

The CDR on trinity is just what happened to sheen. As for the attack speed and CS, I'm not sure why that should matter so much that you need to make such a huge deal out of it.

Mana potion champions are getting bonus Mana Regen in compensation,

LW now only applies to bonus armor, gives less % pen initially and has 20 less AD. I wouldn't exactly call that a middle finger, as you could easily save 21 armor just from the base armor (assuming it's 70)

Not sure why you complain about the bruiser tops so much. The changes haven't even panned out, you haven't even tried them, they haven't been officially released and you are complaining.

Also, I believe the sheen bonus damage is now slighty faster( was it 2 seconds before?)

A lot of AD items have also lost attack damage, and there are plenty of new, unreleased items.

Also giant slayer boosts their damage, not give them %damage. In other words, an armor stacking tank will still laugh at the measly damage the ADC is doing to him.

Overall, sounds like you're impatient, looking only at the downsides, and radiating so much salt you could mutate an entire forest into salt beings. Just calm down and give it some time.

I agree on all points except for #2. If there's only one champion that builds it (and I have yet to see a Fiora in any of my games build it, though that doesn't exactly prove my point), then the item should be at least altered so a larger portion of the community would value it. I've seen Draven build more E.R than any Fiora

This is a joke, right? Or what cave were you in when Devourer came out? BOTRK is obscene on everyone (especially in combination with other AS/onhit items and/or abilities), the nerf is 150% warranted. If there were any champions using it as a crutch to cling to viability, they should be buffed instead.

Aatrox, for example, didn't really need a slap in the face IMO, maybe he should receive some kind of compensation (the good kind, not the first patch after DFG Veigar kind).

I could argue with some other points, but just reading up to the second point was so painful I thought the whole thing was a troll post.

First of all Essence Reaver was created with the INTENTION of being an item for adcs to create more interesting build paths. Obviously it didn't work out as it had an awkward build path and was weak for its price.

Secondly, I have never even seen a Fiora ever buy that item but even if she was the only champion to buy it wouldn't that be even more of a reason to rework the item? I never knew Riot planned on making champion specific items now.

Essence Reaver was meant to be an ADC item, so they aren't changed anything, they are just fixing it. Why? Well, you give the answer to that question yourself: because only Fiora builds that. If an item is only viable on one single champion from a pool of ~130, then you need to do something.
