Hibeki··3 votes·419 views

-Spammable mobility

-None negotiable damage (% based, or true)

-Self-peel

-On demand stealth (Twitch is not on demand, it can take up to SEVEN seconds in one casting to get stealthed wheras this particular character has on demand spammable stealth)

Guess who has all four?

Hebiki, your threads are awful... you have poor ideas and misconceptions.

Vayne is fine, deny her early & don't let her free-farm.

The ADC who has some of the shortest range, and who can fall of much easier than the other if denied kills or farm?

So lets just make everyone happy and give ADC only basic attacks since that's so op. Nothing but range.
