Preseason. So a few more months before we even see some of it on PBE.
They really need to start going through the specific changes with the players earlier rather than keeping people in the dark, changing it then refusing to address the main issues. Might prevent some off the horrors of the juggernaut and mage reworks happening again.
Probs November most likely, if not late October.
Probably near the end of the next PBE cycle, so in at least 2 1/2 weeks
I heard around mid October. Could be wrong
