Soraka would be more fun if she was something like Mercy

Instead of bursts of healing , she could be more like mercy, where she heals more over time, and while healing someone, she can't use other abilities.

I've been saying ever since her rework that the way to window her healing potential and stop the burst healing is to make Astral Infusion an HOT instead of a flat heal. HOTs are less efficient in team fights and suffer more from Grievous Wounds, but allow for an ADC to play defensively when they need to heal up a bit and also puts them in a tighter spot if an enemy decides to dive them. Having her Wish remain a global burst heal is fine - it's an ultimate on a long CD - but Astral Infusion needs to change, to heal at the speed of a potion.
